Our experienced staff are trained to provide the support needed to meet the healthcare challenges of our community. Our practice provides a full-time registered sonographer for OB/GYN ultrasounds, as well as a full-time childbirth/lactation educator, offering birthing and breastfeeding classes and private consultation. LifeCircle provides an in-office lab for antenatal and annual testing. In addition, we offer many in-office surgical procedures.

Christopher Mullin, MD
Dr Mullin was raised in Lakesite, Tennessee. He attended Notre Dame High School and then went on to obtain his B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga in 1989. He then received his M.D. in 1993 from the University of Tennessee, College of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee. He completed his OB/GYN residency at the University Of Oklahoma College Of Medicine in 1997. After passing his board certification with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, he started his private practice, LifeCircle Women’s Healthcare.
Dr. Mullin founded LifeCircle Women’s Healthcare with a vision of providing the most advanced and up-to-date care to the women of the greater Cleveland area.
Dr. Mullin has special interests in laparoscopic surgery, endometriosis, and incontinence. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their 6 children, as well as coaching wrestling.

Cheryl Buchwalter, MD
Dr. Buchwalter obtained a B.A. in Chemistry from the College of Wooster, a small liberal arts college in Wooster, Ohio.
She then received her M.D. in 1996 from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Buchwalter completed her OB/GYN residency at SUMMA Health Systems in Akron, Ohio in 2000. She was in private practice in Canton, Ohio for seven years. This also included participating in teaching staff for Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. She mentored students and residents and received several awards, including: Attending of the Year, Surgeon of the Year, and Excellence in Teaching. She passed oral boards to complete board certification in 2002.
Dr. Buchwalter’s practice philosophy aims to promote long-term health and well-being through positive lifestyle changes. Prevention is key. She educates patients in terms they can understand so they may actively participate in decision making. She loves delivering babies and seeing families display emotions—especially when dads cry!
Dr. Buchwalter was born and raised in Ohio. Her husband used to build custom mountain bike frames and convinced her to move here for better weather and the mountains (biking for him). Now he's the proud owner of Green Mountain Termite and Pest Control. She has two children and enjoys running and gardening.

Cynthia Harris, MD
Dr. Cynthia M. Harris attended Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS. After graduating, she went on to attend the University of South Alabama where she graduated in 2000 with a Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Harris conducted her residency at Memorial Health University in Savannah, Georgia. Dr. Harris moved to Cleveland, TN in 2004 where she went on to work with Bradley/Polk OBGYN before opening her own practice from 2006-2017, called Oasis OBGYN. She joined our team at LifeCircle Women’s Healthcare in 2018.
On a personal note, Dr. Harris attends Westwood Baptist Church where she is a member of the adult choir. She also has a heart for medical missions and loves to participate in those mission trips when she can. In her spare time, you can find Dr. Harris exercising and enjoying time with her friends and family.


Steven D. Wolf, DO
Dr Wolf has been in the practice of OB/GYN since 1986 and is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He obtained a Bachelors of Science in 1977 from Ohio State University. He then received his Masters of Healthcare Administration in 1980 from Ohio State University. He received his Doctor of Osteopathy in 1984 from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Osteopathic Internship in 1985 and his Family Practice Residency in 1986 from Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He maintained an active family practice, including obstetrics from 1986-1990 in Orrville, Ohio. From 1990-1994, he completed his Obstetrics/Gynecology residency at Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio. He was then in active practice at Atrium OB/GYN from 1994-2003 in Canton, Ohio.
While in Canton, Ohio, he served as Clinical Assistant Professor at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine, as well as the Clinical Instructor for the OB/GYN residency program at Aultman Hospital. Since 2003-present, it has been his pleasure to be in active practice with LifeCircle Women’s Healthcare.
Dr Wolf’s goal and philosophy for his practice is to care for the women of southeast Tennessee in the most up-to-date and compassionate manner possible. Dr Wolf hopes to promote health in women through prevention, treatment, and management. Prevention includes reducing risks to women and infants in pregnancy and promoting healthy lifestyles in women from childhood through menopause and beyond. LifeCircle uses the most state-of-the-art surgical methods when necessary to treat women with a variety of health challenges. LifeCircle strives to use current science to manage both optimal health and the disease process.
When he is not working, Dr. Wolf enjoys gardening and spending time with his family, especially his new grandson.

Christine Sneed
Christine has been a part of the LifeCircle team since 2002 and has worked in the maternal infant health field for over 18 years.
She started in this field as a Labor and Postpartum Doula and has attended over 300 births in her career. Educating families in the childbearing year is more than a career choice for Christine, it is a passion. You only need to speak with Christine for a few moments to realize she is passionate about the maternal infant healthcare field.
Christine is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, as well as a CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association) Certified Lactation Educator, and Certified Childbirth Educator. Christine’s favorite saying is, “No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care,” and care she does. She is by far her patient’s greatest advocate!!!
In addition to working for LifeCircle as a patient advocate, childbirth educator, and lactation consultant, Christine is also on faculty with CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association), training healthcare professionals to become certified lactation educators (CLE) in the United States and Europe.
Christine has been joyfully married to Alan since 2002. They enjoy traveling together, especially on beach vacations and playing with their cat. They also volunteer together in a ministry to help others enhance their marriage and family life!

Lacy Windham, M.D.
Lacy Windham was born and raised in Chattanooga. She attended Girls Preparatory School, followed by the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. While there, she was a Brock Scholar and active in the University Honors Program. She graduated with majors in Biology and Sociology.
She attended medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. Her residency was completed at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. She was the recipient of multiple awards during her residency training, including: Most Outstanding Resident in Maternal Fetal Medicine, Most Outstanding Resident in Oncology, Most Outstanding Resident Overall, and Special Award in Minimally Invasive Surgery.
Her professional interests include minimally invasive surgery, as well as adolescent and young adult health.
In 2007, she married her husband, Eric. She and her husband have 3 beautiful children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and writing fiction.

Alex Ciabattone
Life Circle is excited to welcome Alex Ciabattone to our team as our new Nurse Practitioner! Alex recently graduated from Lincoln Memorial University's Caylor School of Nursing with her Masters of Science in Nursing, completing the Family Nurse Practitioner program with a 4.0 GPA. She completed her BS in Nursing in 2017 at LMU and her BS in Nutrition Science in 2011 at UGA. Alex has previously worked at Erlanger East and TC Thompson Children's Hospital and is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Tennessee Nurse's Association, and the Chattanooga Area Nurses in Advanced Practice. She completed two of her five clinical rotations with Life Circle Women's Healthcare. Outside of work, Alex enjoys hiking, camping, playing soccer, SCUBA diving, and volunteering with her dogs.

Brittany Rountree

Destiny Smith
