LifeCircle is proud of its reputation in the local community. That reputation is built upon our doctors and staff as they treat and build relationships with members of Bradley County. Over the past three years, LifeCircle has been privileged to have three ladies from the same family representing three generations working for us at our Cleveland location.
It all started with Melissa.
Melissa has been a part of the LifeCircle family for over 26 years now! It’s safe to say that our patients love her almost as much as we do. Five years ago, we had a part-time office position come available, and we began searching for the right candidate to add to our family.
Little to our knowledge at the time, Melissa’s mother, Valerie, had recently retired from teaching in the Bradley County school system where she taught for 26 years, and was looking for a new adventure that would allow her flexibility. Melissa came to us and told us that her mother would be a great candidate and that she would actually enjoy the change of pace and direction after teaching for over two decades. Soon after, we hired her sweet mother on, and she’s still a part of our LifeCircle family to this day.
But, there’s more!
This past summer, another part-time medical assistant position came available. It just so happened that Melissa’s niece, Madison, was in the area and ready to take on a similar role! She came on staff shortly after hearing about the opportunity, and began working as she’s currently in school and pursuing her career in radiology in the future.
